Completing this challenge was pretty hard for me. There are a lot of issues in my life that I don’t have a lot of time to face. I chose to watch a pot of water come to boil. I took off my smart watch, turned off my phone entirely and sat on a stool and watched a pot of water start to boil. I came into this challenge with a pretty complex issue and I was not expecting to get any clarity from it at all. Leaving this challenge, I didn’t have a solution, but I had peace of mind. I felt content with the issue and letting it sit in my life and accepting its existence.

For information overload, I have turned to more of a meditative practice. Each time I feel like I have hit a wall, or every half hour to an hour I spend doing something intensive, I take a stretch break for five minutes. I close my eyes and do a body scan to find what areas of my body are tense and need a little bit of love to be loosened up. I focus on my breathing and stretch that part of my body for a period of time, and then come back to my task.
